Chris Tuck is a trauma-informed speaker, practitioner and systems-change advocate with over 23 years’ experience across health, recovery and lived-experience advocacy. This channel brings together Chris’s work in trauma recovery, safeguarding, public speaking, media commentary and systems change. Chris is the Founder & Director of Survivors of Abuse (SoB) (est. 2016), a UK charity supporting adult survivors of childhood abuse through holistic, trauma-informed recovery. From 2015–2022, she was a member of the Victims and Survivors Consultative Panel (VSCP) to the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA), acting as a conduit between survivor experience and national policy.
