Ryan Alexander Ali was Discovered by Grand Master Caz in New York City’s South Bronx. He started rhyming at the age of 1️⃣4️⃣ and released several Demo’s. His name Rah is derived from the Egyptian Sun God Amun-R.A with whom he shares the same initials. At first he just went by Rah until he emailed the single Out of the Furnace to One of HipHop’s iconic beat Makers DJ Premier stating that the single was off of one of his Deluxe Demo’s. Impressed with the Single Premier inadvertently referred to him as Rah Deluxe. Rah relished the mispronunciation and decided to add Deluxe to his name. Rah submitted one of his demos to GrandMaster Caz and or which Grand Master Caz was so impressed with the demo He deemed him the savior of the genre in his video Monster Jam. The Vest Rah wore in his Video Monster Jam features a Grand Master Caz Entertainment Insignia which is on Display in the HipHop Museum based in the Bronx borough of New York City. [email protected]
