Jeff is a true adventurer at heart, driven by a desire to experience something new every week and to travel with purpose. His journeys blend physical challenge, history, and reflection. A central part of Jeff’s story is walking the ancient pilgrimages of France and Spain. He has completed five Caminos: three Camino Francés, one Le Puy route (Via Podiensis), and two Finisterre extensions. Along these walks, he has passed through historic towns and sacred places, including Le Puy-en-Velay, Conques, Cahors, Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, Pamplona, Burgos, León, Santiago de Compostela, Lourdes, and many more—often following roads first laid by the Roman Empire and walked by pilgrims for over a thousand years. Beyond the Camino, Jeff has explored the North Shore of Minnesota, biked Rails-to-Trails routes across the Midwest, paddled Ozark streams, and ventured into the wilderness of Northern Ontario lakes. The journey continues—one road, one trail, and one step at a time.
