Rohan is a keyboardist and producer based in Australia, releasing music under the name - RO1. Renowned for his technical prowess on the keyboard and his style of synth driven progressive metal, RO1’s compositions push the limits of what’s possible on keys wth djenty riffs and shreddy solos. Along with his solo music, he plays keyboard in the project - I Built The Sky, and has collaborated with some of his biggest influences, including Jordan Rudess (Dream Theater, Liquid Tension Experiment) and Richard Henshall (Haken, Nova Collective). His 2025 release, Sunder, is his most ambitious and cohesive work to date. Featuring Rohan Stevenson (I Built The Sky) and Toby Peterson-Stewart (The Omnific), the album takes the idea of leading with synths in progressive metal to a whole new level.
