Pharmacist. Cook. Dad. Sharing info about food and in particular, how to make meals at home that are keto-low carb. I'm not a professional chef. I'm a pharmacist who spent decades helping to manage poisoning and overdose patients in poison centers across the country. For more than 30 years, I taught pharmacy, nursing, medic, and medicine students-residents-fellows. I've also served as a Scout leader for more than 10 years, teaching and leading young men in all sorts of areas. That Scout experience helped me expand my teaching as well as my outdoor cooking experience. TL/DR: I'm someone interested in learning and enthusiastic about figuring stuff out and eating well while decreasing carbs in the process. NOTE: Recipes are posted in the video description.
