They just use SP+ and add the home or away odds depending on the match-up. Example, if Bama is the favourite and they are on the road against Tennessee and on a neutral field Bama is a 2.5 point favourite according to SP+ then you would add the -4 away penalty to the spread and Tennessee would be a 1.5 favourite according to Vegas.
