Welcome to our Super Food Chefs Channel. My name is Steve, I have been a professional chef for over 30 years. I have also run my own Bar/Restaurant in Spain for fourteen years with my wife Lisa. Along the way I have learned a lot about cooking and healthy eating. The idea of this Channel is to give you super tasty recipes and links to information for the recipes, which have super foods in them. Super foods are full of nutrition and have many health benefits. Some of the delicious recipes will have fats and/or sugar in them but they will all have one or more super foods in them as well, so you will get the health benefits from them. We will try to make the recipes as simple and straight to the point as possible with links for more in-depth information about each super food ingredient
