Welcome! I'm so glad you're here! It's never too late to start exercising. My own health struggles and lifelong professional experience in wellness have been a remarkable journey. Today, at age 68, I am helping those of my generation and beyond achieve vitality with customized paths in various modalities including virtual and on-site personal training, yoga, massage, diet and lifestyle -- all while working in consultation with their health practitioners. I also offer palliative relief to eldercare patients with dementia and other delicate conditions.
