There will be a day—in our lifetime—when Indonesian children no longer suffer the devastating effects of stunting. 1000 Days Fund is a registered NGO headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. The mission of the 1000 Days Fund is to deliver a national, scalable solution for two pressing issues transforming in-home access to information, and providing critical training for village health volunteers. Whether it’s Flores, Sumba, or any of the 16 provinces we work, we go where we’re needed most. We install height charts in homes and communities. We work in close partnership with local government officials and local NGOs to build capacity and strengthen health systems. We co-create six-month plans with the local health workers on the ground in each village. And we stay, committed to accompanying the people and communities we serve for the long term.
