Since 1983, SOS Children’s Villages Jordan has been caring for children and youth who have lost parental care or are at risk of losing it, through family houses, community houses and youth houses both inside and outside its villages in Amman, Irbid, and Aqaba. In addition to its integrated care model, the association launches programs such as Family Strengthening, which aims to prevent family breakdown; Family Reintegration, which focuses on reintegrating children with their families; and Safe Homes, providing shelter and empowerment services for women survivors of domestic violence and their children.
