The band feature celebrated Italian vocalist, producer and award-winning film score composer Lorenzo Esposito Fornasari a.k.a LEF (lead vocals), King Crimson's Pat Mastelotto (drums), Colin Edwin (bass) formerly of Porcupine Tree, Marta Sui Tubi's Carmelo Pipitone (guitars). Despite a relatively recent formation in 2016, late 2022 saw the release of O.R.k.'s fourth album "Screamnasium", a solid statement containing all the ingredients of their fiery and energetic live performances: dark, heavy riffing and inventive rhythmic backing, effortlessly blended with mesmeric atmospherics, all spearheaded by powerful vocals. Packaged with a stunning cover image designed by Tool’s Adam Jones, "Screamnasium" also featured a superstar collaboration in the form of multi platinum vocal phenom Elisa, as well as highly regarded UK cellist Jo Quail.
