He's excited to share with you a decades worth of bootcamp workouts. He coaches and completes each body weight HIIT workouts with you from start to finish! Every workout has progressions and regressions so if it's too difficult you can make it easier or if it's too easy, you can make it harder. Each movement is listed on the screen (along with the next movement) and the timer lets you know how much time is left.
