They love him very much and give him the love he didn't have in childhood. •Of course the bean is traumatized so he has insomnia from nightmares and is more closed up and reserved than in canon. •After realizing how traumatized the bean actually was, the Aizawa family slowly started trying to help Izuku get over all that.
